Custom Orders
Every board we make starts as a piece of raw hardwood before it becomes something you'll actually use in your kitchen for years. Below are our standard sizes and starting prices — but if you need something different, we build to your exact spec.
Prices are subject to change based on fluctuating lumber costs and the wood species requested for your board.
Boards - (blank maple starting state)
Small — starts at $80
16" x 10" x 1.25"
The go-to size for prepping smaller produce — vegetables, fruit, quick weeknight cooking. Compact enough to store easily and light enough to move around the kitchen without a second thought.
Medium — starts at $95
18" x 12" x 1.5"
Built for the cook who's actually in the kitchen every day. Enough surface to break down a few steaks or handle a big roast without running out of room.
Large — starts at $140
24" x 15" x 1.5"
Our largest standard board. Made for the pitmaster breaking down a whole brisket, or anyone cooking for the whole family at once. If you need the room, this is the board.
The sizes above are our standard offerings — but we can produce any custom size you like. Size tolerances will run within 1/4".
Add-Ons
Juice Groove — $15 A carved channel around the perimeter that catches liquid and juices before they run off the board and onto your counter.
Engraving — $20 Personalize your board with a family name, a business logo, or your favorite team. Note: the BBQ board is too large for our engraver — this add-on is available on the Veggie and Kitchen sizes only.
Handles — $15 A built-in handle makes your board easier to carry, hang, and serve straight from — great for anyone using their board for charcuterie or moving it often between the counter and the table.
Rubber Feet — $5 Keeps your board anchored on the counter and lifts it slightly for airflow underneath — plus it makes lifting the board a little easier.
How Custom Orders Work
1. Reach out. Use the contact form below and include as many details as you can — size, wood preference, add-ons, and what you'll mainly be using the board for.
2. Design together. Once your order comes in, we'll walk you through wood selection and finalize the design with you before anything gets cut.
3. Deposit. We collect a 50% deposit upfront and get to work building your board.
4. Final payment & delivery. Once your board is complete, we'll reach out to collect the remaining 50% and get it shipped out to you right away.

Custom Surfboard Art — Made to Order
Each piece is a one-of-a-kind sculptural work, hand-shaped and finished from a reclaimed surfboard blank — not a print, not a template. Every board is cut, detailed, and layered with a durable protective seal built to hold up outdoors, so it can live on a wall inside or out without breaking down in the sun or salt air.
Colors, splatter/finish style, and silhouette are fully customizable to your space — we'll work with you to design something that's genuinely yours.
Starting at $700. Pricing scales with size, detail level, and custom color complexity.
Because each piece is hand-built start to finish — shaping, sealing, and multiple cure/dry cycles between layers — these are a longer lead-time item. Expect 4–6+ weeks depending on current queue and design complexity. This is a deluxe, luxury-tier piece, not a quick turnaround item, and we build it that way on purpose.
A 50% deposit begins your build; the remaining 50% is due before shipping/pickup.
